What follows is a checklist that our customers must be aware of before ordering one of our hampers. Please take a few minutes to read the detail and check each box. Ticking the box means you have read and agreed each point.

Weston Hall Hamper Order Checklist

The easiest way to order your WH hire-a-hamper is via our online ordering system. This step by step process allows you to build your bespoke hamper and arrange a collection date and time to suit you. Once you've made your selections, you'll be forwarded to our Worldpay payment facility to pay for your hampers. Please note that we do require payment on ordering. We cannot proceed with your Hamper until we receive payment from Worldpay. By leaving an active email address AND mobile number then we can contact you if your payment is not processed
We cannot process Hampers for the day of order. There is a minimum of 24 hours notice required.
We will require details of a credit or debit card on collection of your hamper from Weston Hall. In the event that your hamper is not returned, or in the case of any breakages, your card will be charged a fee of £25.00. Otherwise, no charges will be made to this card.
You have the right to cancel within seven days of placing your order and 24 hours before the date of your booking. If your booking date is seven days or more away, then we will either refund your payment or postpone your hamper collection date. If your booking date is less than seven days away you will have the option to postpone your collection date. In the case of no shows, Weston Hall will not refund. Unless a cancellation has been made prior to your selected collection date and time, you will not have the option to postpone your hamper collection date.
All hampers will need to be collected from Weston Hall on your selected date and at your selected time slot. Hampers can be enjoyed within WH grounds or taken off-site to other destinations; however they will need to be returned by 10.00pm on the day of collection.
Once you've confirmed and paid for your WH-hire-a-hamper online you will be sent a confirmation of payment from World Pay to the email address you submitted when paying. This has to be produced on the day of collection as proof of payment. If you do not receive a payment confirmation from World Pay then please check your spam folder, if you still do not have a confirmation then you need to notify us as soon as possible after placing the order. You will need to call us on 01889 271082 if you wish to make any amendments to your order. Otherwise just come along to Weston Hall at the time and date chosen on your order form and we'll have your hamper ready for you.

Children's WH Hire-a-hamper @ £8.95 per person – payment required on ordering.
